To support our cluster sales team in Italy we are in search of a Sales Manager (m/f) being responsible for the further development of our sales activities for our two hotels in Milan to start as soon as possible. Working place will be the NYX Milan, which is our first NYX Hotel in Europe opened in February 2017.

Sales Manager (m/f) - Cluster Italy

Main duties

  • determine appropriate sales strategies in Corporate & MICE market to maximize the revenue
  • market observation and identification of new sales leads
  • customer acquisition and further development of the sales department in Italy, focus Milan
  • strong cross selling for Leonardo Hotels Europe
  • regular contact and communication with existing corporate clients
  • conduct negotiations and close contracts
  • create lucrative sales targets and networks business relations to corporate & MICE clients, airlines, tourist offices, book services etc.
  • close cooperation with the Cluster General Manager and Global Sales Head Office



  • successfully completed training or studies with focus on hotel business
  • at least 2 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the hotel industry
  • excellent sales and presentation skills
  • knowledge of the market in Milan and Italy
  • fluent in Italian and English (oral and written)
  • well-organized, motivated and accountable personality with hands-on mentality
  • high degree of social competence, communication skills and flexibility
  • stress-resistant and durable
